離開

決定了！要離開工作了五年的地方，今天遞信。
告訴直屬上司我要辭職，他只回應：「You are going. Ar...Ha...」。
告訴更高級的上司(阿二)有關決定時，他說了以下一些話。
I am sorry to hear that. A lot of you guys are leaving. There is a misconception that the old staff is not treasured by the company. This is untrue. You guys have been working for the company before I join it. You guys know Hong Kong better than me. You are so valuable to the company. We [the management] are paying attention to the newcomers, but not paying attention to you guys.
I said, "It is normal for you to pay attention to newcomers." He said, "No."
老細，我想同你講，你返屋企慳ｄ啦，你根本一早知我地嘅問題，但你無解決過，我地寫嘅local故仔，你有幾可重視過？莫講話加人工，你連飯，甚至連tea都未請過我地食，話也不傾多半句，你有幾重視我地？
直屬老細，同你講故仔時，你常常只回應"Yeah"，然後什麼也不講。甚至試過講：「I don't know your story. I don't know. I just work here」。
我很討厭你個句「You are going. Ar...Ha...」。你重視我地，唔該多d溝通啦！
我可以講，無人覺得你咁好型好cool，只會覺得你係條廢柴。
